Appointment Policy

 Consultations require a $75.00  Fee which is applied to your treatment cost. All other service require a downpayment at time of booking which will be applied to your treatment cost. 

Arriving late will deprive you of valuable treatment time. We will make every effort to perform your entire treatment in the remaining scheduled time, but reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if arriving more than 10 minutes late and you will forfeit the consultation fee. If you booked a specific service and fail to show up for your appointment without rescheduling 24 hours in advance we will apply a $100.00 missed appointment fee deducted from your down payment.

Cancellation / No Show Policy

We do ask that you respect our time. Should you need to cancel a consultation please inform us at least 24 hours beforehand.

For scheduled Consultations, if you cancel less than 24 hours before the consultation, you forfeit the $75.00 consultation fee which would have been applied to your treatment cost.

We respect our Provider’s time as they are booked out weeks to months ahead, and we have a significant waiting list. Last-minute cancellations do not allow us time to fill those gaps. We appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy. This will allow the team to continue to provide the highest quality service for you and future patients, as well as valuing our team members’ time.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on services rendered.

Retail: We do not offer refunds on products purchased. Defective products may be exchanged within 14 days for the same product only.

No refund on Gift Certificates or Gift Card purchases.

Children Policy

We love babies and children, however, we ask that you please make child care arrangements prior to your appointment. This ensures the safety of your children as well as a relaxing environment for all clients.

Pet Policy

Although we love animals, we ask that you please leave your pet at home during your visit.

Should you arrive to an appointment with a pet that is not a service animal, you will be asked to remove the animal from our healthcare facility. To avoid any disruption or inconvenience, we ask that you please leave your pet at home.
